2 two-stage compressor wet stroke operation adjustment
Low-pressure compressor wet stroke often due to evaporative temperature or low-pressure equipment caused by improper operation, the treatment method with a single-stage compressor.
High-pressure compressor wet stroke is often due to the intermediate cooler liquid level is too high. Treatment, should first close the low-pressure stage of the suction valve, unloading to the minimum load, and then close the intermediate cooler liquid supply valve, close the high-pressure stage of the suction valve and unloading in a timely manner. When the high-pressure stage to return to normal operation, and then open the large low-pressure stage of the suction valve, return to normal operation, and to the intermediate cooler liquid supply. If the high-pressure stage frost is serious, the compressor should be stopped immediately.
If the high-pressure stage is seriously frosted, the compressor should be stopped immediately and the intercooler should be drained, and other operations should be similar to those for single-stage machines.3 Preventive measures should be taken to observe the suction temperature, correctly adjust the liquid level of the containers, and cautiously regulate the suction valve.
