What is the reason for the high-pressure protection of the heat pump unit?

1. Check whether the unit is truly protected by high pressure (higher than the maximum set pressure) when it is running. If the pressure is much lower than the protection, the switch deviation is too large and the high-pressure switch must be replaced;

2. Check whether the displayed water temperature is consistent with the actual water temperature;

3. Check whether the water in the water tank is above the lower circulation port. If the water flow is very small, check whether there is air in the water pump and whether the water pipe filter is blocked;

4. When the water temperature of the new machine is just installed and is below 55 degrees, the protection occurs. Check whether the unit's circulating water pump flow and water pipe diameter meet the requirements, and then check whether the temperature difference is about 2-5 degrees;

5. Whether the unit system is blocked, mainly the expansion valve, capillary tube, and filter; 6. Check whether the water in the water tank is full, whether the high and low pressure valve cores are fully opened, and whether the connecting pipes are seriously blocked during installation Check whether the vacuum degree of the unit meets the requirements. If not, high-voltage protection will occur (note: household machine); if the machine contains a pump, pay special attention to the emptying of the water pump. If the new machine is installed, the pressure will rise quickly. First, check whether the water pump is running, because this small pump will get stuck if it has not worked for a long time. Just disassemble the water pump and turn the wheel；

7. Check whether the high-voltage switch is broken. When the machine is stopped, the two ends of the high-voltage switch should be connected with a multimeter；

8. Check whether the two wires connected to the high-voltage switch on the electric control board are in good contact;

9. Check whether the high-voltage function of the electric control board is invalid (connect the high-voltage terminal "HP" and the common terminal "COM" on the electric control board with wires. If there is still a high-voltage protection side, the electric control board is faulty).
