What is included in the annual overhaul inspection of a cold storage facility?

As we all know, after the installation of cold storage refrigeration system overhaul once a year, generally in the winter of each year, the overhaul content is as follows.
(1) condenser, evaporator, cooling drain part of the cleaning and adjustment of the cooling water distribution device, remove the heat exchanger surface dirt, overhaul the pipeline and plug the leakage, inspection of the safety valve, refrigeration system process parameters of the automatic test
(2) centrifugal pump part of the disassembly and cleaning of the centrifugal pump, replace the lubricating oil, check the wear and tear of the pump shaft, if necessary, repair or replace, correct the pump shaft and motor shaft centerline, if necessary, replace the shaft and pump impeller.
(3) Fan section clean bearings, replace lubricating oil, disassemble impeller, inspect and repair shaft, correct shaft centerline, replace shaft or impeller if necessary.
(4) Water and brine valve section check flexibility and sealing of valves, scrape valve seats and centers for tight fit, replace damaged valves.
(5) Ammonia shut-off valve partially disassembles and cleans the valve, replaces the valve gasket and packing, grinds the valve or recasts the bearing alloy, repairs the valve stem, and replaces the damaged valve.
(6) Cooling water system cleaning pool dirt, cleaning nozzles, disassembly or replacement of four-way valve, and pipeline rust and rust treatment.
