What are the safety devices and functions of cold storage?

1. The quality of the manufacturing materials of the refrigeration device must meet the general standards of mechanical manufacturing. Mechanical materials that come into contact with lubricating oil should be chemically stable to the lubricating oil and should be able to withstand changes in temperature and pressure during operation.
2. A spring safety valve should be installed between the suction side and the exhaust side of the compressor. It is usually stipulated that the machine should be automatically turned on when the pressure difference between the inlet and exhaust is greater than 1.4MPa (the low pressure of the compressor and the pressure difference between the inlet and exhaust of the compressor is 0.6MPa), so that the air returns to the low-pressure cavity, and no stop valve should be installed between its channels.
3. A safety air flow with a buffer spring is provided in the compressor cylinder. When the pressure in the cylinder is greater than the exhaust pressure by 0.2~0.35MPa (gauge pressure), the safety cover automatically opens.

4. Condensers, liquid storage devices (including high and low pressure liquid storage devices, drain barrels), intercoolers and other equipment should be equipped with spring safety valves. Its opening pressure is usually 1.85MPa for high-pressure equipment and 1.25MPa for low-pressure equipment. A stop valve should be installed in front of the safety valve of each equipment, and it should be in the open state and sealed with lead.
5. Containers installed outdoors should be covered with a canopy to avoid sunlight.
6. Pressure gauges and thermometers should be installed on both the suction and exhaust sides of the compressor. The pressure gauge should be installed between the cylinder and the shut-off valve, and a control valve should be installed; the thermometer should be hard-mounted with a sleeve, which should be set within 400mm before or after the shut-off valve depending on the flow direction, and the end of the sleeve should be inside the pipe.

7. Two inlets and outlets should be left in the machine room and equipment room, and a spare main switch (accident switch) for the compressor power supply should be installed near the outlet, and it is only allowed to be used when an accident occurs and the emergency stop occurs.8. Ventilation devices should be installed in the machine room and equipment room, and their function requires that the indoor air be changed 7 times per hour. The starting switch of the device should be installed both indoors and outdoors.9. In order to prevent accidents (such as fire, etc.) from happening without causing accidents to the container, an emergency device should be installed in the refrigeration system. In a crisis, the gas in the container can be released through the sewer.
