What are the installation standards for fluorine cooling pipes in cold storage?

Fluorine cooling pipe installation is generally used for small cold storage installation. If you need to build a small fruit and vegetable preservation cold storage, it can be used. Because of its light weight, it is easy to be hoisted by hand or with the help of a hoist according to the construction drawings. After hoisting, check the horizontality and fix it on the pre-buried drop point and bracket.

1. Fluorine cooling pipes generally use copper tubes, which are made into serpentine coils according to the construction drawings. The longest of each passage should not exceed 50m. When welding copper tubes of the same diameter, they cannot be directly butt-welded. Instead, a tube expander is used to expand one of the copper tubes and then insert another copper tube (or purchase a straight-through tube), and then welded with silver welding or copper welding. When welding copper tubes of different diameters, corresponding straight-through, three-way, and four-way different-diameter copper pipe clamps should be purchased.

After the fluorine cooling serpentine coil is made, the pipe code made of round steel (Q235 material) is fixed on the 30*30*3 angle steel (the size of the angle steel is determined by the weight of the cooling coil or installed according to the construction drawings)

3. Fluorine cooling pipes (or fluorine cooling serpentine coils) use nitrogen for drainage, pressure test, and leak detection. Leak detection can be carried out by using soapy water to perform rough inspection and repair welding, and then a small amount of Freon is injected and raised to 1.2MPa.
