Cold storage in the installation before we need to do the corresponding preparatory work, as the saying goes, to do a good job we must first sharpen their tools, materials we must strictly control before we can build a superior quality of cold storage.
Cold storage equipment, including roughly: cold storage board, door, refrigeration unit, refrigeration evaporator, control box, expansion valve, copper tubing, control line, library lights, sealant, etc., these materials are almost every cold storage equipment will be used when installing, but also common materials.
When transporting, it is necessary to hold it lightly and put it down lightly, and make anti-scratch measures between the library board and the ground. In the installation of the library board needs to be strictly installed according to the design drawings, well before the installation of the library board to do a good job of numbering, so that it can be more organized.
Cold storage should be installed with the surrounding walls, roofs, etc. to leave a certain distance to ensure that the ground level, such as large cold storage needs to be done beforehand to level the work.
If there is a fine gap between the library boards, it is necessary to use sealant sealing to strictly ensure the thermal insulation performance of the library boards, and reduce the occurrence of the phenomenon of running wind. After the installation of the library boards in all directions, it is necessary to use the locking hooks to fix each other to maintain the integrity of the cold storage as a whole.
I. Wall panel installation
1, wallboard installation should be installed from the corner. According to the layout plan, the two boards at the corners need to be installed and transported to the installation place, according to the height of the board beam and the model of the angle iron piece for fixing the mushroom head nylon bolts, drill a hole in the middle of the board width at the corresponding elevation position, when drilling, the drill should be perpendicular to the surface of the board, put the mushroom head nylon bolts on the holes (sealing paste should be put on the nylon bolts and the mushroom head), put on the angle iron piece to tighten it, and tighten it to make the nylon bolts on the surface of the board slightly concave for the appropriate. The tightening degree is suitable to make the nylon bolts on the surface of the board slightly concave.
Standing wall panels, should be in contact with the library board floor groove padded with foam and other soft materials to prevent damage to the library board, two corner wall panels from the board floor groove neutralized after the wallboard should be promptly adjusted according to the location of the wallboard plane position and the library board verticality, and check the top of the wallboard whether the elevation is correct (straight to the end of the need for calibration).
After the wallboard position is correct, the angle iron pieces welded to the plate beam, fixed inside and outside the corner of the package (corner of the board on both sides of the inside with the library board in contact with a sealing paste). In the welding angle iron pieces, should be the library board angle iron pieces with a shelter to cover, to prevent the high temperature of the welding arc welding baked library board and welding slag splash to the library board.
2, the corner of the two wall panels installed, start along the corner to install the next wall panel. Before the installation of the next wallboard should be on the ground in the reservoir plate convex groove or groove to play two white sealing paste (sealing paste should be played in the reservoir plate convex groove or groove corners), playing in the convex groove or groove inland sealing paste paste should have a certain height, should also be dense and continuous and uniform, the same installation method with the first wallboard.
3, between the two library boards first hit with a hammer pad in the polyurethane library board on the local wood, so that the boards and boards close together. Wallboard and wallboard with two sets of connectors wedge, two sets of connectors were fixed in the wallboard and wallboard gap on the outside and under the inner side, under the inner side of the connectors should be as far as possible down, so that after pouring concrete can be connected to the connectors cover.
Board and board gap with connectors wedged tightly should be maintained at about 3mm wide, such as not in line with the requirements of the verification, the board will be removed, trimming board edges, and then re-installed so that the board gap in line with the requirements. Fixed connectors, pay attention to a set of connectors in two parts were fixed in the convex and concave two library board edge, with φ5X13 rivets, connectors to the distance to be able to tighten the two library boards as appropriate.
When wedging the wedge iron, hammer and wedge iron to keep vertical, to avoid touching the library board, the upper and lower parts of the wedge iron should be wedged at the same time, with rivets to fix the wedge iron.
Second, the top plate installation
1, before installing the top plate, the ceiling should be installed according to the drawings of the T-iron. When installing the T-iron, the T-iron should be properly arched according to the span of the rigid frame to ensure that the T-iron does not produce downward deflection after the installation of the top plate.
The installation of the top plate should start from one corner of the warehouse body, according to the layout plan, the warehouse plate will be raised to the specified height and position, and the longitudinal plate end of the warehouse plate will be placed on the wall plate and T-iron respectively.
Adjust the top plate coaxial parallelism and perpendicularity, check the elevation of the bottom of the top plate, and then the top plate with the T-iron with rivets, the top plate and the wall panels between the corner plate to connect, and then begin the next installation of the library board.
2, the second top plate installation method is basically the same as the first board, board connection method is basically the same as the installation of wall panels. Library board connectors should be fixed outside the library, each library board board should be fixed in three library board connectors, library board ends and boards in each one (the top plate is less than 4 meters long can also be used in two library board connectors).
3、After the installation of all the top boards, the ceiling C-beam steel installation work. According to the top plate actual plate, on the ground will be fixed mushroom head nylon bolt angle iron pieces according to the corresponding spacing welded in the ceiling C steel.
Then put the ceiling C-beam on the corresponding position of the roof plate according to the drawing, the ceiling C-beam should ensure the parallelism and verticality of the coaxial line. After adjusting the position of ceiling C-beam, open the top plate on the position of bolt holes of angle iron pieces, and use mushroom head nylon bolts to connect the angle iron pieces with the library plate firmly.
After that, weld the ceiling C-beam onto the purlin with round steel lifting piece, according to the elevation of the bottom surface of the roof plate, adjust the nut under the round steel lifting piece to adjust the ceiling C-beam and the roof plate to the specified height.
Installation of corner board
All the cold storage corner boards should be installed with a sealing paste at the contact place of the boards on both sides. The corner of the wall panels should be fixed in sections so as to facilitate the pouring of polyurethane foam on site.
Fixing the corner board on the top plate should be cut with iron scissors at intervals of 500mm with an opening (the size of the opening to be able to enter into the foam material shall prevail), and then fix it on the top plate and the wall plate. Corner board should be fixed with rivets, rivet spacing should be maintained at 100mm, fixed in the corner of the rivets should be a straight line, equally spaced.
Pay attention to the rivet drilling and riveting with rivets to fix the rivets, the tool used should be perpendicular to the corner board.
