Outside unit: The outside unit should be as far away as possible from the neighbouring party’s doors, windows and greenery and the distance between the neighbouring party’s doors and windows should not be less than the following values: 1.3 metres for a freezer with a rated cooling capacity of not more than 4.5KW, and 4 metres for a freezer with a rated cooling capacity of more than 4.5KW.
Load-bearing ground: the installation surface of the freezer should be strong and sturdy, with sufficient load-bearing capacity. When the installation surface is the old wall or roof of the building, there must be solid brick, concrete or its strength equivalent to the installation surface. The quality of the bracket that holds up the freezer should also be noted.
Pipe connection:The purple copper pipe of the air inlet and exhaust of the cooler is like the artery that carries the blood circulation, and it is not allowed to have any defects such as dents and sand holes. Its connection with the indoor and outdoor unit interface is the key to the installation of supermarket freezers. When connecting the bell of the copper tube, it should be aligned and corrected, and the direction and bending degree should be reasonable, and the compaction should be successful, and the force should be just right, and it is easy to crack if the force is big, and it will leak fluorine if the force is small (the international allowable leakage is 3% to 5%).
