3、Refrigerant piping connection is not balanced
Unit piping in the connection to a group of multiple compressors, to make the return oil balanced distribution to the compressor, must be set in the main pipeline interface is located in the middle of the head of a number of locations, and then set up some branch piping to both sides, so that the return oil balanced flow into a number of compressor branch pipe.

5, to regularly check the technical indicators, timely adjustments

6, the maintenance of the unit

7. Installation environment and maintenance of chiller
The location and environment of the chiller inside the cold storage will affect its operation. Generally near the cold storage door near the chiller, easy to dew frost. As its environment is in the door position, when the door is opened, the hot airflow from outside the door enters, and when it meets the chiller, condensation and frosting, or even ice, occurs.

Although the chiller can be timed to automatically heat and defrost, but if the door is opened too often, open up too long, the hot airflow into the long time and the number of large, the fan defrost effect is not good. Some cold storage, because the door is too much, open the door too often, too long, no insulation measures at the door, no partition wall inside the door, so that inside and outside the cold, hot airflow direct exchange, near the door of the chiller is bound to encounter serious frost problems.

8、Drainage of water melted down when defrosting the chiller
This problem is related to the degree of frost. The electric heating tube of the chiller is also needed to have spare parts to be more insured.

10、Cold storage temperature and cold storage door problem
A cold storage room, the area of how much, how much stock, open how many doors, the door open and close the time and frequency of stock in and out of frequency, cargo throughput, are factors that affect the temperature of the library.

In general, the door of a cold storage room should be opened and closed no more than 8 times in a day. If the unlimited number of times of opening and closing, the mechanical parts of the automatic door of the cold storage room and the insulating material of the border will accelerate the wear and tear, and the electrical parts will be more prone to failure. If the cold storage area is large, the automatic door is less, each automatic door switch a lot of times, the mechanical burden is too heavy, there is bound to be a frequent door failure, the door accessories are also frequently damaged. In this way, the maintenance workload increases, and the timeliness of maintenance is also a problem. Because, the manufacturer can not specialize in arranging a person to wait for the few doors (perhaps only two doors in the cold storage). However, once the cold storage door failure, can not be opened in time, will affect the entry and exit of goods; or can not be closed, will make the cold storage temperature rises, the library temperature does not meet the requirements.

Cold storage design, construction and cold storage door settings and quantity, must be based on the amount of stock, switching door frequency, comprehensive arrangements. Cold storage using units should also be based on the design specifications, the rational use of cold storage, can not disregard the design conditions and the actual condition of the facilities, and increase the inventory and improve the turnover of goods, more than the normal load and capacity of the facilities and equipment. 11、Fire safety of cold storage
Cold storage is generally about 20 degrees below zero, due to the low ambient temperature, not suitable for the installation of fire sprinkler systems. Therefore, fire prevention in cold storage should be more attention. Although the ambient temperature of the cold storage is low, however, if a fire occurs, there are combustible materials in the library, especially the inventory is often packaged in cardboard boxes and wooden boxes, it is very easy to burn. 12、Condenser ambient temperature problem
Condenser is generally installed on the roof of the outdoor roof, in the summer temperatures in the environment, the condenser temperature itself is very high, so that the unit operation pressure. If there are many hot weather, you can add a pergola on the roof condensation, shading the sun, so that the condenser temperature is reduced to reduce the pressure on the machine, protect the unit equipment, so as to ensure the purpose of the cold storage temperature. Of course, if the capacity of the unit is enough to ensure the temperature of the warehouse, you can also not build a pergola.
