The cooling pipe is an evaporator used to cool the air. It has been used in low-temperature cold storage for a long time. The refrigerant flows and evaporates in the cooling pipe, and the cooled air outside the pipe as the heat transfer medium performs natural convection.
The advantages of the fluorine cooling pipe are simple structure, easy to make, and less dry loss to the non-packaged food stored in the warehouse. Fluorine cooling pipe installation is generally used for small cold storage installation. If you need to build a small fruit and vegetable preservation cold storage, you can use it. Because of its light weight, it is easy to install it manually according to the construction drawings. After installation, check the horizontality and fix it on the embedded drop point or bracket.
(1) Fluorine cooling pipes are generally made of copper tubes and brass tubes. They are made into serpentine coils according to the construction drawings. The length of one channel should not be greater than 50m. When welding copper tubes of the same diameter, they cannot be directly butt-welded. Instead, a tube expander is used to expand one of the copper tubes and then insert another copper tube (or purchase a straight-through tube) and then weld it with silver welding or copper welding.
When welding copper pipes of different diameters, corresponding straight-through, three-way, and four-way copper pipe clamps of different diameters should be purchased. After the fluorine cooling serpentine coil is made, the pipe code made of round steel (0235 material) is fixed on the 30*30*3 angle steel (the size of the angle steel is determined by the weight of the cooling coil or installed according to the construction drawings)
(2) Drainage, pressure test, leak detection and vacuum test.
(3) Fluorine cooling pipes (or fluorine cooling serpentine coils) use nitrogen for drainage, pressure test, and leak detection. Leak detection can be carried out by using soapy water to perform rough inspection and repair welding, and then a small amount of Freon is added and the pressure is raised to 1.2MPa.
