how much do you know about open display chiller?

 

Today we are going to talk about the open display chiller, also called air open chiller,the cooling air will be sent to inside of open chiller by the compressor or condensing units,keep cooling on all the foods and beverages, so as to achieve the effect if keeping fresh and not deteriorating. The open chiller are widely used in supermarket for fruits, vegetables, beverages, milk, sausages, cheese, yogurt etc. 

 

Generally there are two types open chiller:

1. Plug in type.

2. Remote type.

Plug in type display open chiller

The plug in type is often used in convenience stores or small roadside stores, because it is a plug in type with built-in compressor, and it is easy to move, which is conductive to the adjustable and planning of the interior of convenience stores.

Remote type display open chiller

Remote type display open chiller are generally used in large and medium-sided supermarkets. they are bigger, so will need longer open display chiller to display more products,we always put the condensing units outside of the room to offer the cooling for display open chiller, the condensing unit and display open chiller are connected with copper pipes.

 

These two types common points:

1. Shelves:the quantity of shelves can be customized freely and it will depend by the products which are needed to be display. 

2. Shelves angel: the shelves adjust is more freely, it can be adjusted 10 to 15 degree, if the 15 degree is not enough we can use display tools.

3. LED lights: every layer shelves with LED lights or LED strips.

4. Night curtain: they are installed on the top of the open chiller,normally we always pull them down, and keep the cooling and it can help to save energy.

5. Side panel: the side panel of open chiller can be customized, one is hollow two layers glass side panel can display products more bright and beautiful, another one is the mirror type, normally used near the wall, can looking the open chiller more longer.

6. Size: the sizes and the length can be customized by the layout of the store or supermarket.

7. Color: all open chiller color can be customized, customer can take our color card for reference or just give us a color the store or supermarket need.
