In the replacement of lubricating oil at the same time, check whether the filter drier is clogged, and be replaced. I. Preparation
1, short high and low pressure difference switch, (it is best not to adjust the pressure difference switch, can be directly shorted to the two wires) in the machine running at full load ( 100% ), close the angle valve. (Pay special attention to restore the differential pressure switch after refrigerant recovery)
2、Press the emergency switch or turn off the power when the low pressure of the chiller is less than 0.1MP. Since there is a check valve at the compressor exhaust port, the refrigerant will not flow back to the compressor, but sometimes the check valve may not close tightly, so it is best to close the shut-off valve of the compressor exhaust at the same time as pressing the emergency switch.
Second, when the above work is completed, turn off the main power supply, the following process
1, oil release, refrigeration oil in the system under the pressure of refrigerant gas sprayed out very quickly pay attention to hygiene do not splash outside. Discharge the refrigerant while draining the oil, open the high pressure gauge shut-off valve.
2、Clean the oil tank and oil filter, open the oil tank cover, use dry gauze to clean the oil tank, after the gauze is dirty, use the waste refrigerant oil to pour fine gauze, take out the two magnets in the oil tank to clean and then put them back into the oil tank, use a big wrench to dismantle the oil filter and clean it with waste oil.
Replacement of filter drier
1, filter drier cartridge has 3, in the replacement of speed to prevent contact with the air too long adsorption of excessive moisture.
2、Filter for the can packaging, pay attention to the protection of the transportation process, once found that the packaging is damaged both for scrap.
Vacuum refueling
According to the industrial chiller compressor structure, it is best to refuel from the high-pressure side. Because the compressor high-pressure and low-pressure chamber is not directly connected, so it is difficult to refuel from the low-pressure oil back to the oil tank. Generally, we use vacuum to pump oil from the low-pressure side of the oil from the high-pressure side of the oil inhalation.
Refill the oil to the blind tube: use the used refrigeration oil replaced to refill the oil for the blind tube.
V. Preheating
Power on the preheating at least the oil heated to 23 ℃ or more before running on the run. Chiller includes box-type air-cooled chiller/water-cooled chiller, screw chiller, open chiller, low-temperature chiller.
