How to judge the tripping fault of cold storage room?
1. Determine the tripping type
Leakage protection tripping → insulation problem (measure insulation resistance)
Main switch tripping → overload/short circuit (check current/line)
No leakage protection tripping → short circuit troubleshooting (segmented detection)
2. Key detection methods
Insulation detection: megohmmeter to measure the line>2㏁
Current detection: clamp meter to measure whether it exceeds the rated value
Segmented troubleshooting: disconnect step by step to check the fault point
3. Common causes
Insulation reduction: defrost pipe/compressor is damp
Overload: compressor is blocked/starting current is large
Short circuit: line is damaged/contactor is burned.
