Causes of Compressor High Pressure Failure

Causes of high-pressure compressor failure there are two main situations, one is caused by the temperature of the high-pressure protection protection, the other is caused by the pressure of the high-pressure protection.

Temperature-induced high-pressure protection of the compressor for more reasons: lack of refrigerant or the expansion valve is too small, the return air temperature is too high, it will lead to the exhaust temperature exceeds the protection temperature, causing temperature protection (accompanied by low-pressure); return temperature is too high will also lead to the exhaust gas temperature rises, but also produces temperature protection (accompanied by low-pressure); compressor, if the high temperature packages of the compressor and the expansion valve is too close to each other, the temperature sensor detects the temperature is larger than the actual, resulting in the expansion valve opening is too large, the refrigerant can not be completely evaporated, part of the liquid state into the compressor, resulting in liquid hammer; also pay attention to the condenser cleaning problem, condenser surface if there is often dust oil, will lead to the ambient temperature heat transfer is not normal, which further results in condensing the temperature, condensation is reduced, the pressure from the exhaust to the condenser section of the tube increases, the compressor exhaust gas pressure and temperature is high ( Temperature protection); in addition, the compressor if oil shortage or motor bearing damage, motor heating, heat can not be distributed in a timely manner, will also cause temperature protection; there is also a situation is charging the wrong refrigerant, refrigerant type is different, the corresponding oil, heat exchanger, the expansion valve matching and refrigerant charging amount is also different.

Compressor high pressure protection caused by pressure is also mainly related to refrigerant and pipe cleaning. Excessive refrigerant charge will cause liquid hammer phenomenon, compressor compression difficulties, load overload, resulting in high-pressure protection (temperature protection), when the pressure does not necessarily rise, but high-pressure protection will certainly be due to increased motor heating accompanied by a rise in temperature; pipeline-related problems are twofold: First, the pipeline is dirty and clogged, such as clogged filters, capillary tube clogging, etc., resulting in increased exhaust pressure, which in turn provides high-pressure protection. The second is that there is air in the pipework, which makes compression difficult and leads to high pressure protection. Finally, low pressure is too low, the main causes of this situation are lack of refrigerant; heat exchanger or filter clogging; electronic expansion valve is too small; the fan speed of the evaporation part is low or stopped; and the refrigeration system is semi-clogged (dirty clogging, ice clogging, oil clogging).
