On the cold storage water tower: water-cooled units of cold storage, if the cold storage is shut down and not in use, you need to let go of the water in the cooling tower, in order to prevent the cold storage in winter after the shutdown of the water in the cooling tower, frozen water frozen condenser. The condenser of the unit (the cylinder under the machine that receives the water pipe) has a drain port on the end cap, which is a screw plug, and the water can be discharged by unscrewing the condenser with a spanner. When the water is confirmed to be drained, screw that plug back in. It should be noted that when the cold storage is activated again, the cooling tower needs to be refilled with water.
Regarding the cold storage control system: after the installation of the cold storage or a long period of inactivity and then used again, the rate of cooling should be reasonable: every day to control the 8-10 ℃ is appropriate, at 0 ℃ should be maintained for a period of time, step by step, and gradually adjusted to the appropriate temperature region.
On the cold storage library board maintenance: note that the use of hard objects should be noted on the library body of the collision and scratching. Because it can cause the depression and rusting of the library board, and seriously reduce the local heat preservation performance of the library body. In addition, the usual use of the process should also pay attention to the protection of the integrity of the library board, special industries should also take into account the corrosion resistance of the library board, once the library board is damaged and sealing is not very good, seriously affecting the effect of heat preservation, increase energy consumption.
On the cold storage sealing parts of maintenance: As the assembly of cold storage is made of a number of pieces of insulation board spliced together, so there is a certain gap between the board, the construction of these gaps will be sealed with a sealant, to prevent the entry of air and moisture. So in the use of some of the sealing failure of the parts in time to repair.
On the cold storage ground maintenance: general small assembly cold storage ground using insulation board, use cold storage should prevent the ground there is a large amount of ice and water, if there is ice, clean up when you can not use hard objects to knock, damage to the ground.
